What is the purpose of the QloudBridge application?
QloudBridge is a desktop application that includes components such as Qyrus-Connect, QRecorder, and the Desktop Testing Framework. It supports the desktop testing services subscribed to in the Qyrus platform.
Qyrus-Connect enables local testing by creating a network tunnel between Qyrus and the end user’s workstation.
Are there any access requirements for running the application?
Yes. The application requires administrator privileges to run and connect to Qyrus.
Is a license required to run and use the application?
No license is required for Qyrus-Connect.
If you need to perform Desktop Testing using SAP GUI, a Desktop Testing license is required.
How many users need this application?
A minimum of one user is required to allow the connection.
The host system where QloudBridge is installed must remain online while tests are running. Installing the application on multiple systems is recommended so testing can continue if some team members are unavailable.
Is authentication required to run this application?
Yes. The application requires valid credentials for the Qyrus instance in order to run and connect.
